Engineering Approach
We engineered an integrated operating platform using a modular service architecture with a unified relational data layer. Instead of loose webhook integrations between disparate third-party SaaS products, Hisako developed a single cohesive technical core featuring role-based access for operators, executives, and clients, augmented with autonomous workflow agents.
