How do I contact you?

How can I change my order?

Send us an email at info@hisako.eu as soon as possible. State your order number, received in the first email, so that we can provide you with the best service. Please remember that orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have already been packed or shipped.

I have not received the confirmation email. And now?

First of all try checking the unwanted messages section in your inbox. If it doesn’t appear there either, you can always contact us so we can send you a new confirmation email!

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the area and the courier chosen.

How long does it take for the package to arrive?

Can I track my order?

Absolutely yes! Simply enter your tracking number on our tracking page. If you can’t find your tracking number, you can always contact us.
I have not received the number to track my order!

How can I pay?

You can pay by credit/debit card. All payments are through a 100% secure SSL environment.
Is VAT included in the price?
No, VAT is not included in the price!

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

No, being a B2B, there is no right of withdrawal for professional buyers.

Can I request a refund?

At Hisako we do not offer refunds! But we offer a one year warranty on all mechanical and electrical components, in case of failure. The glass of the showcase is not under warranty!
